Hello and welcome to your Friday! I hope that ya’ll have had a good week. I’ve been pretty busy this week but it’s been really really good! Let’s take a look at a few specific blessings from this past week, shall we?
1) Capri pants that actually fit right!
So, I’m quite short (about 4′ 10″) and usually when I get capris they tend to look like pants that are just a few inches too short. So, I don’t wear them often and actually thought that I got rid of them all. I was thinking earlier this week how nice it would be to find a pair that actually fit like they were supposed too. The weather has been a little wacky. Some days it’s a little warm for long pants especially in the sun but just a tad too cold for shorts. So, I was sad that I didn’t have any capri pants to wear. Then I was looking in my closet and found a pair!! Not only did I have a pair but they actually FIT LIKE NORMAL CAPRI’S! Needles to say I was one happy girl!
2) Lunch with a dear friend
So, a friend of mine moved to Oklahoma about 4 years ago. She and her husband will come north periodically to visit their grand-kids. Here recently she’s been back to help her daughter’s family as they prepare to hopefully relocate in the near future. Since her stay in Ohio is pretty set for the next several weeks we were able to get together for lunch earlier this week.
She and her adorable granddaughter picked me up at 11:30 and we didn’t get home until 3 pm. We both love to talk. We shared stories, book and movie recommendations, and just had so much fun hanging out!
I’m thankful that God has blessed me with people who will remind me that God is in control and that it’s all about Him and what we can do for Him. Where we fit in best for His glory and that although life can be challenging and scary at times we just have to trust in God and rely on Him to get us through. It’s also nice to know someone who is as equally height challenged as I am…
3) *BRAND NEW* Merchandise added to the shop!
This shop was closed in 2020.
You know how I said that I’ve been really busy this week? Well I’ve been working on adding new merchandise to the shop! There’s 4 new designs and 3 BRAND NEW products–these new products are smaller and able to fit in the small nooks and crannies where a regular sized item won’t. Out of all the pictures that I’ve taken and listed over the years these are four of my favorites! I love the level of detail in these pictures and the fact that they’re just a little different than what I already have listed. You can visit my shop and view all the new merchandise HERE.
