Hello and happy Monday! It seems crazy to me that November is FRIDAY! How’d we get here already?!?! This past week we’ve been working, going to/doing school, and preparing for our Bash/celebration of Fall. Last Friday we had a few friends over ate soup, had a bonfire , and played games! It was a ton of fun and we all agreed that we need to do it again soon! (:
The Friday before (10/18) we went and got our Flu shots and then rewarded ourselves with a trip to the store. To be honest, we were already out and needed some things but we spent a few extra minutes happily wandering through the Christmas decorations. I posted a few of my favorite photos on Instagram.
While we were out I found these Bluetooth earbuds. THEY ARE AMAZING!! I’ve never really done much with Bluetooth before but I LOVE THESE. I had wanted a pair of Bluetooth earbuds for a little while. I was tired of my regular earbud string getting caught on the dishwasher or always needing to wear pants with deep pockets (and those seem to be rare in female clothing) so that I could listen to music. These work up to about 30 feet away from the phone which means that depending on what I’m doing I can actually leave my phone in another room and still listen to my music!! (:
I love the freedom that I have with these now!
I can listen to music, make and receive calls, and do pretty much anything without being caught on a string or needing to take the case off my phone so that my earbuds can connect. And I can do it all in my comfy pants with or without pockets! (:
In other news, it’s getting colder, just not quite cold enough to have a fire in the fireplace regularly. The leaves are continuing to turn and beginning to fall…I love the crunching sounds the leaves make underneath my feet when I’m walking! The sunrises have been absolutely gorgeous too! There have been a couple of mornings this week where I’ve grabbed my phone and hightailed it outside before I missed the show….Isn’t it beautiful?
Bradley is officially a Fire Safety Inspector!
Among other things this means that he can legally add more letters after his name than I have in my name. Since he finished this class Wednesday he’s now down to just two classes to finish out the semester!! Biology and a basic math course that in reality isn’t very basic. Once you review the basic things that you learned in Elementary school you then learn a bunch of medical math…
And I’m still working on my Art Gallery Merchandise. I’m about 3/4 done with it which makes me happy. But what makes me happier is that my ducks and flowers were right side up! I didn’t pay too much attention when I went to put the image on the piece and forgot to double check making sure that everything was facing the right direction. I was a little worried that they were going to be upside down and then I’d have to sand and redo them…
BUT today when I went to peel the paper off I was VERY happy that my ducks and flowers were RIGHT SIDE UP and thereby in a row! That’s about the ONLY time my ducks are ever right side up and in a row. So, I’m enjoying it while I can! (:
