Our Daily Blessings

“For one will scarcely die for a righteous person–though prehaps for a good person one would dare even to die–but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.” ~Romans 5:7-8

Here are some of the blessings from this past week:

Our Veterans:

To all those who have served I thank you! I have been very blessed to have multiple members of my family serve our great country. My great grandfather, a great great uncle, a great uncle, and an uncle to name just a few. The sacrifices that they and their families make so that we can have the wonderful freedoms that we do are enormous. I encourage you to thank a veteran the next time you see one. It means a lot to them when you do and trust me you will feel better when you do.

A Closing on our new House:

Ahhh, finally! It’s official…We have a new house. The closing was yesterday so the people have 10 days to move and then it’s ours!!! (YES!) We are SO ready to be in the new house. I am really excited to get in there and help to set it up. We’re thinking that we may get the keys a day early so, Daddy’s getting a truck on Friday. We laughed and said that the truck is going to be loaded and he’s going to be sitting in the driver’s seat waiting for them to call with the keys. Needless to say, we’re very relieved and excited to FINALLY be moving.

Christmas Music:

Okay, fun fact: I LOVE listening to music. I usually have some sort of music playing when I’m working. We have a ton of Christmas CD’s and we usually buy at least one new CD each year. With that being said 25 days is barely enough time to listen to them all. So, we created a solution, start listening to Christmas music the first week of November. Yes, it’s a little early but don’t worry the movies and clothes will have to wait until Thanksgiving day.

Picking Up Trinity:

At some point in the next two days we get to pick up Trinity. (: We finally finished buying everything we need for her last night. One thing that I have learned about our family is that we tend to really spoil our four-legged members. The cats already have three Christmas presents and Trinity already has a couple of collars and leashes. A girl can never have too many outfits. (;

What are some of the blessings that you have noticed in your life this past week? I’d love for you to share them below. Have a great weekend!

Until next time,

Bailey Sue
