Hey Everybody! I hope that you’ve had a wonderful week! Here’s a few blessings from this past week that I’d like to share with you!
1) Finishing some of our projects!
We’ve finally finished both the piano and my office!! (: I’m so glad to have my office done and be able to work in it. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t work in it enough but I’m finding that I LOVE it down here. It’s quiet, I’m not as easily distracted, and I can hear every time laundry is ready to be switched over–so as long as I’m working there’s no excuse for me not to stay up on it. (I about jumped out of my skin a couple of times it went off yesterday!).
2) New Additions!
I spent some time over the last week or so adding some new additions to the business side of things. One of those additions was adding a shop now button to my Facebook page. When you click the button it will take you directly to my shop where you browse and purchase products.
The other thing that I added was an Instagram account. I’ve had some people recommend the site for some time now I just hadn’t investigated it. Well, I finally got one! And so far (despite the learning curve) I’ve really enjoyed it. If you’re on Instagram and would like to follow me you can do so here.
3) An opportunity to give
This sweet family attends my church and has been very instrumental in our family’s life over the past several years. Recently they began the process of trying to adopt a child to add to their family. I can tell you that this family loves God and seeks to honor Him in their daily lives. Any child would be extremely blessed to have these people as their forever family. Recently, Tim and Julie have been approved for a $3,000 matching grant. Acts 20:35 tells us that “it is more blessed to give than to receive”. I am asking you on behalf of this family to consider donating to their adoption fund. I know that each and every gift that they receive is so greatly appreciated. They don’t take any of this lightly and it means so much to them to have so many wonderful people helping them to fulfill their longing and desire to add a child to their family.
