Our Daily Blessings

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under Heaven.” ~Ecc. 3:1

Happy Friday! This week has been busy but good just the same. As I mentioned in Wednesday’s post it has been crazy around here due to the move this weekend. I am still finding many things to be thankful for; here’s a few from this past week.

The Butterfly Mug

samples-for-ladies-dayOur church recently had a ladies day where they encouraged all of the young girls in the church to share some of their talents. Although Billie Jo and I weren’t able to attend we did create a display and wrote a note to be read. For this display I had made a canvas, card, print, and mug with some of my favorite photos on them. The mug wasn’t in in time for the ladies day last week but it came in this week and I can’t wait to use it. (:

The New House

So, three days from now we will all be staying in the new house. I have to be honest, it seems so strange and exicting at the same time. We have waited for years to be able to move and finally it’s actually happening. I am very excited to get in there and see where everything is going to go and what it’s like to have a real wood burning fireplace for Christmas. This year the stockings will finally be hung by the fire. (: The previous owners were moving today; BUT they finished moving yesterday and we got the keys TODAY. (: We went over with a van load and looked around. It appears as though they left some pretty cool stuff behind. For example a really cool, antique writting desk and a bunch of wood! Although the writing desk needs work I’m anxoius to work on it and get it  looking all pretty again!!(:

The Puppies Taking Photos

Sorry it’s blurry…

Yes, you read that right. The puppies did indeed take photos yesterday. We were outside letting them run around and play and Trinity got a hold of JoJo’s phone; then she started running around the yard! Thankfully we ended up getting the phone back in one piece. She did succeed in cracking the screen and taking several photos. It was interesting to see the world from their point of view. We also got a good laugh out of the whole thing! (:

What are some of the daily blessings that you have seen in your life this past week? I’d love for you to share them below. Have a great weekend!

Until next time,
